If you notice a suspicious link, an unexpected redirect, or private information visible on en.chat-deep.ai, email info@chat-deep.ai. You can also use the contact form. If the form itself is the problem, please use email.
What to Include in a Report
Use a subject such as “Security report: unexpected redirect.” Include the address of the page on this site, the approximate time you noticed the issue (with your time zone), and a short description of what you expected and what happened. Remove any private codes or tokens from the address before sharing it.
For example, if a link in the app guide took you to an unfamiliar sign-in page, tell me which article you were reading and what the link said. You don’t need to open it again. If you saw someone else’s information, stop there and describe the type of information you saw without copying or sending the contents.
Please leave passwords, one-time codes, API keys, and payment details out of your report. The contact form saves submissions in WordPress and is configured to send an email notification to the website administrator. The Privacy Policy explains how I handle those records.
What to Expect on This Site
You can read every guide here for free without creating an account. This site does not offer a chatbot. If a page on en.chat-deep.ai asks for your DeepSeek password or an API key, leave the field blank and report the page.
I use Cloudflare to help protect the site and deliver its pages. Depending on the request and the protections in use, your browser may encounter a security check. The Cookie Policy explains which cookies such a check may use.
Security Issues with DeepSeek Itself
en.chat-deep.ai is independent of DeepSeek. I can correct a link in an article here, but I can’t inspect your DeepSeek account or fix a vulnerability in its app or API. For a security flaw in DeepSeek’s own services, its official website lists security@deepseek.com. For routine sign-in or billing help, use DeepSeek’s official FAQ.
